Kid I know is gay (nothing new around here lately).
Kid frequents the gay bars.
I ask same kid "Hey Dude, what is this all about"?
So he proceeds to explain it to me.

I am disgusted. He says he is not involved in this lifestyle anymore, yet I have heard him discussing his sexual activities with my roommates. He is fairly promiscuous in my opinion.
I asked him if he kept up with the statistics being collected on Hiv/Aids here in Middle Tennessee and he told me? no one had ever bothered to talk to him about his sexual health.
Most just want to grab on and ride. So he says.

j brought 'mamacat' home hiding her in his room while he avoids me like the plague until i finally say to him 'hey, sup with you why you acting all weird' and he's giving me puppy eyes and blurts out 'mom your going to be mad at me i've got a cat and' i'm like 'oh, that's cool where is it' but he's finishing with 'and she's pregnant'. ok we can deal with this kittens are cute and easy to give away. jon tried to name her 'isabelle' but no one could quite get their tongue around calling this angry moody arrogant female 'isabelle' so over time it's settled on down to 'mamacat' after going through 'bitchcat' status for awhile and at last she has deemed us worthy to pet her if she is in the mood and if not you understand this right away as she gets in a hissy swipe. but really she's a cool cat even though we think she was abused and we all hope she will calm down. eventually.

neato - wait 15 years and they will be able to replace functions we didn't know could be replaced. seriously - this is wonderful for patients afflicted with diseases affecting this part of the brain but think of the possibilities .. muhahaaaa. eventually it's going to come down to 'just how much of the human brain can you replace and still be considered human?'

web site stuff

since i've dropped prodigy as an isp [funny they would have toll free dialup numbers in little eagleville tenn miles away from no where, but not one dialup number for the lake area that is like 5 mins from major city escondido. go figure] i lost the space i had to store my photos, main webpage index, etc. so in my quest to totally make all this *web stuff free to accomplish, i went hunting again for free hosters. mark, my friend in watertown that takes care of the crackerbarrel feedback sites was kind enough to give me 20mg on his server but i can not get the ftp stuff figured out yet and he was still in costa rica and i in calif as i was trying to do a switch over from prodigy to his server. so the hands on learning curve was way off it's - well curve. *boomspeed: offers 1mg of space for free. *esmartstart: offers 20mg and a bag of goodies. i'm finding myself using the esmartstart alot as it's easy to understand, simple to use, and reliable.

so -- i've been busy making a new site from scratch .. prodigy uses the wusiwug type template and now i've gone out and attempted to put together a site. beware. it is a free site so there are those dreaded annoying popups. make sure you have your pop up stopper gear on. or just put up with it. there are only three and if you leave them open and minimized it's not as disturbing. *h3arts0ngs

mikes' son kris is nicknamed 'krazy kris' for a reason. showed up at the lake with his left arm in a cast. this is the crowd he has been hanging with the last couple years. if you think skateboarding was a physical punishment. check out this new sport. mountain boarding. a bunch of them hang and call themselves the "hootervillian's". kris is this months center fold showing off his tats' and some krazy jumps. pretty cool stuff.
(had a link to the mag but as the way of all young and budding enterprizes. it's defunct. to bad it was neat.)

i'm doing homework in the bedroom and the bookcase starts shaking and the little treasures i collect when i go on walks with the babies are falling around me onto the bed and i jump up and run into the other room making the babies that are way to young to cope with this making them get up out of bed and come with me into the kitchen to get under the table while everything is shaking and it's like a just like a shake i've felt before at a carnival when i was little and the floor heaves a bit just barely but enough so i know it has done something it shouldn't of done and oh god are the blocks going to hold the trailer when is this going to stop cause the babies are crying and i've got the babies wrapped up in my arms their faces in my armpits and finally finally everything just stops.

later i find out there was an earthquake in los angeles. 120 miles to the north.

been thinking about what might be considered normal/abnormal and whose definitions/ideologies we hold up in order to label whoever busts out with these behavioral attributes.
i like to surf the net. i do indeed come across some odd? strange or cute? abnormal? paranoid/ha not i? bizarre? misinformed? perverted? [all these skewed terms] oh and devious? evil? people truly are. i have this dark side in me. i passively/fun? indulge it. but anyway, so i'm always running across some unusual websites that people put together to get their opinions out there to the masses and i wonder if some of these sites are put out for the shock value only, or if these people are sincere and truly believe this.
